I was impressed by the new eye testing machines they have now , all computer controlled, no ha nd adjustment needed like they used to do , the staff are very helpful with any questions u may have about any type of glasses u are looking for.

The Optometrist and staff member who helped me find glasses were so lovely. I wish I caught the name of the lady who helped me buy my glasses because she was just so nice and helpful. She didnt pressure me into buying the most expensive glasses but helped me find the right ones for me. She even let me stay back after they had closed so I could take my time to find the best ones. She was a bloody legend and deserves a bonus!

I've been taking my son here for almost 4 years. They are professional and they provide high standard care. Optometrist Abdul Raheemi is great and very experienced. He has diagnosed my son's myopia and since then has managed to help us keep it under control with the latest treatments available for this condition. I really recommend this place. You won't be disappointed.

I had a wonderful experience, the optometrist was very patient to both my 3 year old son who had his eyes tested, and myself. The sales people, I dealt with were all polite, very patient and professional. I will refer people to OPSM Knox. Thank you very much.

Today’s visit was exceptional , Karen the Optometrist was friendly, communicative honest and friendly. Lisa who helped with the frames and payment was a great listener, communicated well and was super friendly. Best experience I have had at OPSM Knox

The customer service was exceptional and highly attentive. However, a few of the younger staff members appeared to lack competence in their roles. Despite this, the service provided by the experienced staff surpassed any shortcomings.
